Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Mojo AI Services, LLC ("Mojo AI Services," "we," "us") collects from visitors to mojoaiservices.com and how we use it.

This policy covers our website only. When you become a client, the data handling for your specific engagement is governed by your signed engagement agreement, not by this policy.

What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name (required)
• Your email address (required)
• Your company name (optional)
• Your phone number (optional)
• The service you're interested in (optional)
• Your estimated budget range (optional)
• Your message

Anti-abuse signals. To stop spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile and additional anti-abuse mechanisms. When you submit the form, your browser exchanges a verification token with Turnstile, and your IP address is forwarded to Turnstile for that check. We do not store your IP address. Submissions identified as automated abuse are silently discarded.

That is the information we intentionally collect through the website.

What we do not collect

• No cookies. The site does not set any cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark mode) is saved on your own device using localStorage and never reaches our servers.
• No invasive analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any tool that profiles individual visitors or follows them across other sites. We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics product, described in its own section below.
• No advertising pixels. None.
• No accounts. There are no logins, no user profiles, no saved sessions.
• No data from children. The site is not directed at anyone under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit the contact form.

How we use what we collect

We use your contact form submission to respond to your inquiry. That is the only purpose.

We do not:

• Sell or rent your information.
• Add you to a marketing list. We do not send newsletters or marketing email sequences from contact form submissions.
• Share your information with third parties for their own purposes.

If our conversation leads to a paid engagement, any additional data we collect to deliver that engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, not this policy.

Aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics product, to understand which content visitors find useful.

What it collects, in aggregate:

• Page views
• Referrer URLs (where visitors arrived from)
• Country
• Browser and device class

What it does not do:

• It does not set cookies.
• It does not use client-side identifiers.
• It does not store IP addresses.
• It does not link visits across sessions or sites.
• It does not build a profile of any individual visitor.

How it works: When you load a page, your browser fetches a small analytics script (beacon.min.js) from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends a single page-view ping. Cloudflare processes this data under its published privacy and data-processing terms.

If you prefer not to load the analytics script, blocking the domain static.cloudflareinsights.com in your browser will prevent it from loading. The rest of the site will continue to work normally.

Service providers we use

Two third parties handle your data:

Cloudflare. Provides website hosting, security, bot protection, form processing infrastructure, and the aggregate Web Analytics described above. See Cloudflare's privacy practices at cloudflare.com.

Resend. Delivers your contact form submission to us as an email. Resend processes the form contents long enough to deliver the email. See Resend's privacy practices at resend.com.

We do not use any other third parties to process visitor data at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How long we keep your information

Contact form emails sit in our inbox until they are no longer relevant to a current or potential client conversation, and are then deleted. We do not maintain a separate database, CRM record, or marketing list of website visitor inquiries.

If you want us to delete an inquiry you submitted, email contact@mojoaiservices.com and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information

Email contact@mojoaiservices.com to make a request. We respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.

If you live in California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, the rights above apply to you. Because our data collection is intentionally minimal (one contact form, no cookies, no individual visitor tracking), most of those rights are simple for us to honor.

Security

We follow industry-standard web security practices, including transport encryption, server-side input validation, bot protection on submitted forms, and credential isolation. Specific implementation details are intentionally not enumerated here.

No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security issue, please email contact@mojoaiservices.com so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect.
